Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Emeril’s® Rib Rub
Directions
- Heat the oil.
- Slice and sauté the onions. Remove the onions.
- Season chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add rib rub.
- Sauté the chops.
- Add vegetable stock and let simmer.
